      但是在叶片静电喷涂处理过程中,表面涂层也出现许多质量问题,这是无法避免的问题,所以我们就必须加强生产工艺控制,并且找出问题解决问题,这样可以保证表面质量不会因静电涂抹而出现问题,以造成不必要的成本。

      首先我们需要了解粉末喷涂原理:工业风扇叶片静电粉末喷涂主要采用高压静电法。由于工业风扇主要用于高大空间场所,粉末一般采用综合性能好的热固性聚酯粉末涂料。其基本原理是喷枪枪体上电极和高压发生器相联,产生高压静电场,使喷枪周围空气发生电晕电离,由于电晕电场的作用,当粉末从喷枪喷出时,粉末粒子与电离空气粒子碰撞形成带负电荷粒子,然后随气流被送到接地工件上而被吸附。再通过烘烤使粉末涂料固化,从而达到涂装目的。
